Hole 1 is a 468m double right to left dog-leg down a narrow tree-lined fairway with OOB for the first 100m on the left.
There are two options for playing this hole...
1. Be aggressive. Drive a full drive to the corner keeping to the right of the fairway. This will open half of the green up and with a light draw on a 200m fairway shot you will get around the first pines on the left dogleg. Draw too far and you will be stuck under the big evergreen guarding the green, too straight and you will be in thick rough on the right.
2. Play it safe. Make a safe comfortable drive to the middle of the fairway before the corner (220m). Then play a 150m shot to the rise on the left-corner. This will leave you 100m short with a full view of the green.
